He gave me all kinds of explanations about the problem my TV was having, informing me that it was not worth the repair due to its high price, and that trying other solutions had no guarantee of success due to his experience with this type of problems. In short, good professional, kind and honest.

A true professional. In my case, I didn't get to bring my device in because I'm from out of town. However, he was very attentive in finding solutions and helping me even though I hadn't used his services. Very grateful.
Buen profesional.
Excellent professional. I sent him some videos of what the TV was doing, and he said, "Bring it to me so I can verify it's the screen." Free quote. €0. Bad luck, it was the screen; it wasn't worth fixing. And he even arranged for the recycling of the device. In addition to being an excellent professional, he was very friendly.
